Carol Russell the Director of Marketing comes to our building and does blood pressure checks twice a month. She is always caring, helpful with questions the residents have about Cardinal Nursing, insurance questions pertaining to a rehab stay, and she keeps track of the B/P so the resident knows if it unusually elevated. We have had residents who have gone there for rehab who stated their time there was comfortable, friendly, and helpful staff as well as clean and well kept.
