On time to and fro: professional and courteous driver. Worth the price!
I recently used Cardinal to get me to a surgery, then to the doctor's office for a post-op visit, and then home. They provided excellent service and care from scheduling to transportation. Not that I want more surgery anytime soon, but if I do I'd contact Cardinal without hesitation. The driver was excellent!!
I arranged for this service to pick my mom up who uses a scooter / wheelchair for Thanksgiving 2024. They were supposed to pick her up at 10:30am from her assisted living place. At 10:30, I received a call from the driver saying he would be 20 minutes late. He ended up picking her up at 11:00. We had a room reserved at her club from 11:00-12:30. Mom did not arrive until 11:30 which cut our Thanksgiving short. At 94, I’m not sure how many more Thanksgivings she will have. Extremely disappointed.
From the very beginning when you call to schedule transportation, the very nice lady that does the scheduling (sorry I can't remember her name) offers such compassion and attention to the details of what your loved one needs. The staff that pick my Daddy up from his cancer treatments at Duke are always on time and gracious to him. We would not be able to complete the cancer treatment without Cardinal's help. Very grateful to them 🙏🏻
