I scheduled a ride from my home to the colonoscopy center and the overall service was immaculate. From entering a quote on their site to the call to confirm details and to the ride itself everything was handled smoothly, on time and I was never worried or left alone. The driver offered assistance when needed and was courteous, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them for medical transportation needs!

From the very beginning when you call to schedule transportation, the very nice lady, Marita that does the scheduling, offers such compassion and attention to the details of what your loved one needs. The staff that pick my Daddy up from his cancer treatments at Duke are always on time and gracious to him. We would not be able to complete the cancer treatment without Cardinal's help. Very grateful to them 🙏🏻

Excellent service. Drivers arrived on time, polite, professional, very clean vehicle. One the two occasions we used them we had Joseph and Robert as drivers. They were awesome.

Make sure you know that it is NOT door to door. You are responsible for getting to their vehicle for your ride. They only drive you, and do not help you get from your house to their vehicle.
