We love Lori! She works with both of my kiddos on speech. She’s very experienced, flexible with our chaotic schedule, creative with her teaching methods, intuitive, extremely good with my kids personalities (we’re entering into the attitude years!) and overall very professional. We’ve been to a few speech therapy places over the years with little progression…Because of Lori’s expertise and thoughtfulness with her work, my children’s speech is finally progressing!
We had a great experience with occupational therapy for our son. Sam was patient, caring, understanding, communicative, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Our son already misses his time with Sam—even after completing his sessions, he asked if we could continue just so he could spend more time with her! She was so GREAT!! Thank you, Sam!! We are truly grateful to CKT for their support and the positive impact they had on our son. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of OT services.
Our son utilized soundsory as part of his therapy. He had great results. He was able to self regulate better and after 3 rounds he tested average after being below average a year prior on the auditory processing evaluation.
My adult daughter has been working with Ms. Lori for a few years now. She can’t wait for her speech session each week and puts her all into pleasing Ms. Lori. Ms. Lori has a vast amount of knowledge and experience as an SLP. My daughter is mostly non-verbal and Lori works with various strategies such as rapid automatized naming for quicker word retrieval, working on various concepts such as prepositions, vocabulary, etc. using both a computer program and by looking at pictures. My son absolutely loved Miss Julia! From the moment we walked in, she had a way of connecting with him on his level—talking to him like the amazing 5-year-old he is.
