She is the worse communicator and doesn’t have all the paperwork ready when it’s time to get to the next step and also her closing dates don’t matter to her she gave me about 20 closing dates and that’s the truth. It would take her days to answer the phone text or emails. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Will NOT do any kind of business with her ever again.
All I have to say is 🤩. My file was a difficult one and Kimberly worked through all the ups and down with lots of patience. Her “I’m pro people” attitude was what got me in my dream home. I appreciate her and her team for everything they did and would recommend them.
