Chad was great during the entire process. My wife and I just bought our first house and Chad did a great job with the lending side of the process. He always was available when I had questions and did a great job explaining things to my wife and I. Chad always worked hard to get us the best rate and price he could, and it ended up better than we expected! We would definitely recommend Chad for anyone looking to buy a home.
