Horrible service don’t waste your time with this company. No follow up. Every time I send an email for an update I get an out of office reply. Just extremely unprofessional. I heard complaints but I decided to try anyway and that was the worst mistake I made. I paid for an appraisal in February, appraisal was never done, I had to make 2 request for a refund only to be told I am out of the office I will do it Monday.
