sold my mortgage to another company after 4 months immediately sold part of the mortgage after 1 month was a crazy hassle and they were not organized i do not recommend

Do not use this company! I was lied to multiple times during the loan process. And now their customer service is terrible. I’ve been having an issue with auto pay and everyone I talk to (6 people by now) gives me a different answer and it never gets resolved. My taxes changed so I went online to adjust my payment. THEY then switched my account information on where to pull from. Now I can’t get it updated. I’ve been trying for 3 months. It should be an easy fix!
