I talked with Jason and was pre approved for a home loan over the phone while being assured that only a soft pull on my credit would be done for the pre approval process. Their rates are very high and the fees are out of this world. I would not recommend this company for anyone who is looking for quality service, fair pricing, and decent treatment. We felt like a number and just another sale. Move on.
Dealing with Cardinal Financial's Loss Mitigation department is an absolute nightmare. Agents are consistently rude, interrupting and talking over you. They don't listen to what you're saying; they're just listening for key words and phrases, and doing a bad job of extrapolating data. They also give inconsistent and incorrect information about their own services, which leads to further delays in your case, and leading you to fall further behind in payments.
