I was told that my delivery was cancelled because the driver called out. That same afternoon, I got a call that the delivery was 15 minutes away. When Ricky G. got there, he told me that he was the Kittyhawk driver, and when the local driver had called out, he came to get his deliveries after he had finished his own. Ricky was professional and friendly, and was able to offload my delivery exactly where I asked him to.
