Showed up for apptmt. Worried as looked like drug house as well as no signage. Still bravely knocked as door locked. No answer. Error message when i tried to call. Just made apptmt yesterday. Ghosted.
I have been trying to get ahold of this place since August. The phone # does not work, nor other ways to try to book. What's going on here? I suggest the owners check communication methods they've presented for booking appointments & fix them so we can use our gift certificate.
Best facial ever! Raquel is amazing. After my facial, I immediately booked both my mother and daughter with her. Highest recommendation!
