Very disappointed. I had an appointment booked for this morning and paid $50 to reserve my spot plus 20$ for parking. I received multiple reminders, including one just an hour before. I showed up on time — the place was completely closed. Lights off, doors locked, and no one answered the phone. I waited and tried reaching out with no response. This was a total waste of my time and money. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Only been twice but i feel very well cared for. The ladies know what they’re saying and aren’t afraid to tell you if it isn’t the right procedure for you. I trust them and their expertise.
Je suis cliente auprès d’Amanda et de Stephanie. Ce sont des perles. A l’écoute de la cliente et dans le respect des demandes. Si vous souhaitez prendre soin de vous tout en restant naturelle c’est le bon institut de beauté. De plus vous serez tres bien reçu des votre arrivée.
Je recommande cette clinique! L’équipe est très professionnelle, minutieuse et toujours à l’écoute. Chaque visite est une expérience positive: on se sent bien accueilli et en confiance. Les conseils donnés sont clairs, pertinents et personnalisés, ce qui fait toute la différence! ☺️
