Cardinal is the best bike shop around! My family does a lot of biking and they always take great care of us and put in the extra effort to keep our bikes running 100%. I cannot recommend them enough. Also, the cafe’s food is amazing.
Great shop! Dan, Kyle and Wes are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and fair. We wish we had these guys in Blacksburg, but since we don't, I pass 2 other bike shops which are close to my home to make the 1 hour trip to Cardinal in Roanoke. Great crew.
All the folks always take care of me at both locations. I know enough to be dangerous and they keep me from making mistakes. Help with selecting the right bike and helping ensure compatibility across all my gear. I trust what they tell me and that’s huge given the complexity of bike industry.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everyone has the time and patience to make sure that any questions are answered and explained throughly without making the questioner feel uncomfortable.I bought my last bike from Cardinal and I have loved it and the service that I have received. I plan on making my next bike purchase from the good folks at Cardinal bikes and they will be my first choice for any kind of maintenance that I need on any of my bikes in the future.
