On March 19, 2018 I hired Cardiac Cleaning to clean my dryer vent. The 2 technicians spent 2 hours cleaning and trying to place the dryer transition vent back on. They then called the owner who also spent time trying to place it back on. After cutting several inches off the duct and saying how someone else installed it wrong, the owner asked if I had duct tape or another vent. When I said no, he taped the vent back on with painter's tape. He told me not to move the dryer. Now I can't use my dryer because the tape has failed ... read more
