Their produce seems old a lot of the time, and the bolillos are always stained by the dirty tray they make them on. Sometimes it's colorful from a pan dulce they previously made on it, others have a sort of sticky brown butter that wasn't wiped clean from a previous made pastry. Please clean the trays after every use!!!!!!
