Have been extremely disappointed in their homemaker program where seniors are supposed to receive light housework and laundry done. Very poor communication and only come when “they can”. Supposed to be weekly, every Monday for my mom, but excuse after excuse as to why she’s late to now simply not coming at all with no notifications.
