Anthony helped us get our new Clover PoS system set up at our restaurant and made the process super simple. He stayed on site for most of the day to provide training, answer questions and show us some best practices. Extremely friendly and continues to be a point of support for us.
I want to recognize Anthony from tech support for the excellent service he provided. He went above and beyond in helping me—not only resolving my credit card concerns but also taking the time to help me fix issues with my WiFi. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained both new and old information in a way that was easy to understand, and he followed up with additional details that were very helpful. Great customer service there!!!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Anthony! We were new to the korona system and he’s been nothing but helpful and gone out of his way to make sure my system and store is running correctly. If 10 stars was an option I’d give him that!
