Ordered a car cover back on Feb 2 2026, shortly after they came up with, theres gonna be a 8-10 day delay, we'll here we are on February 28th and I havenot heard a thing about anything. Do yourself afavor and order one somewhere else for half the price and save yourself the wait, highly disappointed!
BEWARE OF DELAYS I don’t know how everybody has given car cover factory a five star rating but I’ve been waiting almost 2 months to receive one cover and every single time they tell me sorry it’s been delayed. I called last week. They said that this week the shipping should arrive to the warehouse because it Just cleared customs and now I call this is on a Thursday. The shipping was very fast however I haven't opened it up yet as it's a gift for my husband. I will update after Christmas. **Update** the covers lasted roughly a lil over a year. The commo color turned from camo to red camo within a week. They are not weatherproof. If you're keepin the beckons vehicle in a covered area they might fair well. Disappointed to say the least.
Great cover , lasted through the high heat of Southern California summer and will last many more. So glad we decided to purchase a quality car cover. I sent my request to Car Covers Factory with a copy of my original purchase and pictures of how the cover over time had deteriorated to the point of replacement. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I read other reviews saying that they take a month and still decided to give it a chance. I placed an order on 01/09 was told in the email I would get it delivered 1/13. It’s even advertised on their website they have 3 day delivery with “most orders”. I get an email the next day saying “due to high volumes there will be a delay of 8-10 business days” it’s now 1/23.
