Please do not use their services. They are all about the money they can get from you. They couldn't win a simple accident claim - one of their so called experts told me they couldn't deal with my insurance company because the insurance company's lawyers were 'too tough' ( pls translate as - 'the lawyers were too competent and experienced for us to deal with. We really suck when it comes down to it').
