Worst experience I have ever had with a Floor Plan company Ever! They treat their clients like a number instead of real people. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy if I had one. Horrible communication and customer service. Our account manager Paul never was in the office to take calls or even if he was they would put you on hold for 30-45min, hoping you would just hang up.
