This dude just left us at the show we got a ride up with him and tipped him well making sure he was going to pick us yet after the show he pulled up and said someone else had a reservation even though we did, he said it would be less than 5 minutes and he would be right back but an hour later straight up no show. The driver was very unprofessional do not use his company.

do not bother, customer service is awful. i called for cab 3 hours before and they told me to call closer to my departure time. i called an hour before i wanted to leave and they told me that their driver was in wilkes. only service in the area as well so i was stranded at hotel. dont waste your time with these a--holes.

walk! would never recommend this taxi service. Lack of customer service and was cursed at. The man (apparently the owner) was slurring his words and sounded drunk. Was overcharged $31 since his driver did not know the area and got lost.
