Emery Telecom is a joke and even more so now they are switching every one to there fiber plan. They also control all the lines into Carbon &Emery County so the better companys can't come in and give them competition. So even though Emery Telcom is the biggest joke for services and pricing you don't have a choice. Lol
I have had Emery Telcom for almost a year and have not had 1 problem. I absolutely LOVE that they have the fast Fiber internet. I was using another local internet company before and had nothing but problems. They have an app too that makes it very convenient to make payments. Thank you for keeping our little town up to date with technology!
Unfortunately there's not much of a choice for a cable provider in the area and therefore you'll be instantly disappointed with Emery Telcom's cable service. Expect high prices for limited channel packages. Their over-the-phone bill pay is clunky and difficult to use. Their online bill pay is just like their over the phone bill pay. They used to take payments over the phone at their local offices but without reason or explanation they changed their process.
