Very unprofessional all the way around. My friend was told that it would be 15-20 minutes wait as there was customers ahead of us. Ok, that's fine. She asked if the driver could call when they arrived and she was told that the company did not do that. They must have just started not doing that, because I have used this company many times in the past and the drivers always called me if I was not right out the door when they arrived.
