Unorganised and unhelpful. I was recommended them via the smash repairer, I told them my specifics of the vehicle required as I am self employed. I was told this would be fine. I had no confirmation of the vehicle type I would be provided. I had to email (no reply) and then call to confirm the type of vehicle. The rep told me that the person who said my requirements would be OK should not have done that. And then told me that these requirements could not be met by them. Car replacement with care. That was our experience with Carbiz. A special thanks to Penny who arranged everything so quickly and had a car delivered early so the repair could start sooner. Also thanks to Cameron for emailing the documentation. The replacement car was like-for-like, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give a whole lot more stars for this review!! Penny from Carbiz, Castle Hill is phenomenal!!!! I was booked in with another hire car company that told me that there were no hire cars the day before my car repair and lacked organisation on the day I dropped my car off. I gave Penny a call the morning I sent my car in for repairs, she organised an Uber immediately and by the time I got to my house, my hire car was ready for handover!!
