So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place. . I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. We had a great experience at Caravana furniture! After looking around at every single furniture store in Long Beach, we decided on Caravana due to their personable service. Moises was super helpful in picking out our new sectional and Oscar/Albert were great with delivery & install. We ended up with exactly what we wanted! As you can see, even the dog approves :) thank you all!

Best furniture store ever! From their customer service to delivery of my brand new furniture I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience. Their showroom is full of beautiful furniture it was hard to choose from because I loved all of it. Delivery was great, they delivered everything the very next day for free. Everything was in mint condition and I just absolutely love it.

Call to schedule an appointment BEFORE you go to the store!!!!! The problem with local shops sometimes, they have posted hours both online and on their doors, but they don't abide by them. We drove 15miles to this store only to have them shut the lights off as we tried to enter, over an hour before their scheduled time to close. We got their at 545pm and the store hours claim they close at 7pm. Spoke to one of the employees, and he says they are by appointment only now. I had a really great experience working with Moises and everyone at Caravana. I love my new furniture more than I expected, it suits me and my apartment perfectly. I ended up buying two end tables, a coffee table, and a leather sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman, all of the same style. Everything is very comfortable, looks great, and seems like it will last decades. There were a couple issues, but Moises made them easy to sort out and was happy to replace anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. Great customer service, great... read more
