So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place. . I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... I purchased a sofa during COVID, which proved to be a great mistake. When I informed the owner, he exchanged the pillows, but the sofa remained defective, and his attitude was dismissive, implying I was simply an unhappy customer. It was not CHEAP.

We had a great experience at Caravana furniture! After looking around at every single furniture store in Long Beach, we decided on Caravana due to their personable service. Moises was super helpful in picking out our new sectional and Oscar/Albert were great with delivery & install. We ended up with exactly what we wanted! As you can see, even the dog approves :) thank you all!

I had a really great experience working with Moises and everyone at Caravana. I love my new furniture more than I expected, it suits me and my apartment perfectly. I ended up buying two end tables, a coffee table, and a leather sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman, all of the same style. Everything is very comfortable, looks great, and seems like it will last decades. There were a couple issues, but Moises made them easy to sort out and was happy to replace anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. Great customer service, great... read more
