I had a really great experience working with Moises and everyone at Caravana. I love my new furniture more than I expected, it suits me and my apartment perfectly. I ended up buying two end tables, a coffee table, and a leather sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman, all of the same style. Everything is very comfortable, looks great, and seems like it will last decades. So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place. . I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... Bought a sectional that I love from here, great service when I walked in.
We had a great experience at Caravana furniture! After looking around at every single furniture store in Long Beach, we decided on Caravana due to their personable service. Moises was super helpful in picking out our new sectional and Oscar/Albert were great with delivery & install. We ended up with exactly what we wanted! As you can see, even the dog approves :) thank you all!
Best furniture store ever! From their customer service to delivery of my brand new furniture I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience. Their showroom is full of beautiful furniture it was hard to choose from because I loved all of it. Delivery was great, they delivered everything the very next day for free. Everything was in mint condition and I just absolutely love it.
