Very disappointing experience. Wife made reservation on Saturday for following Wednesday out of Depoe Bay to PDX. Did not receive confirmation email so wife called the next day (Sun) and was told to wait longer. Wife called again Mon and was told shuttle is full. I called back, the man who answered the phone would not give his name and said this was my problem - they are full. He basically blames me and my email. I’m not sure what the other people experienced here who are leaving bad reviews, but I’ve taken this shuttle twice a year for the past six years and have never had an issue. The drivers are always friendly and drive safe, the van is always clean and spacious, and I have never been late for my flight or had the shuttle leave without me to return home. The prices are reasonable and I have consistently had good experiences every year. Don’t let the other bad reviews fool you because this place is great.
