Very disappointing experience. Wife made reservation on Saturday for following Wednesday out of Depoe Bay to PDX. Did not receive confirmation email so wife called the next day (Sun) and was told to wait longer. Wife called again Mon and was told shuttle is full. I called back, the man who answered the phone would not give his name and said this was my problem - they are full. He basically blames me and my email. So it took us 3 days to find out we don't have a ride and find alternative transport. It's great when everything ... read more
