Not sure if they still have the same driver but I rode this a few years ago at least 3 different trips. The driver is so funny, everyone was having a good time when I went. Yes sometimes he jokes about leaving people behind but you can tell its sarcastic. And this service is so fast.

Really poor experience. One of the drivers was obnoxious and repeatedly said he couldn’t wait to drop us off. He was also rude and insulting to a fellow passenger. I will not be using this service again.

I'm in the van right now from PDX to Newport, & the driver has nearly brought me to tears. She yelled at me & threatened to leave me by the side of the road "if I'd prefer." Unbeknownst to me, this shuttle does not like to leave anywhere near 2pm, their cutoff time, so the driver & her companion were blaming me for the bad traffic & "leaving late" (I was seated in the shuttle & we left by 1:35pm). Epic timing

Driver is rude and aggressive. I hopped out at a pick-up stop to grab headphones from my backpack and was told to “get your ass back in the van”. Doesn’t keep the interior cool with AC probably to save gas since he speeds. He wont last in business and hopefully someone more professional takes the place.
