Driver is rude and aggressive. I hopped out at a pick-up stop to grab headphones from my backpack and was told to “get your ass back in the van”. Doesn’t keep the interior cool with AC probably to save gas since he speeds. He wont last in business and hopefully someone more professional takes the place.

Unfortunately, this shuttle was the only option I found from Newport to PDX. I didn’t read the reviews but now that I see 2 stars, I’m not surprised. Their website gave 2 options: 8 am and 1 pm so I booked the 1 Pm. I didn’t get a confirmation so I tried calling them on 2 separate numbers I found and got no answer. Then another number I found was a whatsapp. I emailed and even calles the hotel they pick up at but no luck. Nothing but continuous horrible service from this shuttle service. They are lucky they are the only option.

The driver was rude and abrasive.! A real jerk. Would not use this service unless it's your last resort.
