Nice store
very rude manager wouldn't take my bottle returns from me it was over $24.00 dollars gave the 2nd ticket to my 17 yr old daoghter who helped me manager then changed his story for one person to per family ......will never return it was only $10.20 on the 2nd ticket. no exception nothing but rudness been to other stores never an issue the young lady as maybe ruder or at leasrt as rude ...................... No apolgy needed this is the 2nd time i was treated rudly at one of your stores
As a shopper who is dependent upon delivery service, I have switched to a different local market that uses Instacart with much success. Unfortunately, Caraluzzi's exclusively uses Door Dash, and the drivers have been nothing but problematic in my deliveries. Drivers often get lost as it is difficult to find my unit, so I have repeatedly requested drivers that speak English, but Caraluzzi's management said that would be descriminatory and that they could not request that. They have the best looking frozen fish...I bought tuna and swordfish and my boyfriend Dan cooked it on the grill! I didn't take long at all and it was delicious!
