Want to share my experience with you, I went to this shop as it was one of the very few shops offering clothes alteration services in our cute little town of Maryborough (VIC). Kara is such a nice person to talk to, and also a very nice tailor! She very accurately altered my clothes (brand new shirts and Jeans) exactly to my expectations and at a very reasonable price. Have been in on numerous occasions and still haven’t bought anything as the customer service is really lacking. Staff walk out the back and don’t assist. Some nice products in store.
