Please be aware that this is a SMALL business and like many small business is run by a very small staff who also work out the back on alterations and repairs. I have found if the staff are working out the back they do come out to attend promptly enough if you have the patience to wait a LITTLE BIT and are very friendly. Please keep in mind they maybe finishing off a repair or machine line and may not be able to rush out at a moments notice! Want to share my experience with you, I went to this shop as it was one of the very few shops offering clothes alteration services in our cute little town of Maryborough (VIC). Kara is such a nice person to talk to, and also a very nice tailor! She very accurately altered my clothes (brand new shirts and Jeans) exactly to my expectations and at a very reasonable price.
