Excellent service! They accepted my debit card, which made the rental process very easy. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They really saved my trip by helping me get a car when I needed it most. I highly recommend this car rental company to anyone looking for reliable service.
This place will scam you, they claimed the car smelled like smoke to keep the cash deposit. My bf does smoke but never did it in the car so I think they smelled his clothes and took advantage of the situation bc they clearly don’t get much business, the place is so sketchy but we forgot our credit card and most car rental places don’t accept debit card so we came here out of impulse. Came in clutch, needed a car rental forgot to bring a credit card and they worked with us, price is a little bit higher, but they were easy to work with. If you’re not street savvy, I would say just watch what you allow when sharing your insurance info. I wouldn’t share passwords etc with anyone. Other than that definitely helped out our trip.
Excellent condition of car, very helpful staff. Infact we had a last minute help from the team of Eagle Car Rentals, as our prebooked car was not available with other rental services. We got a very good deal with this car rental company.
