Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered. I was called by the carrier to let me know I had to pay $430 extra given that my VW golf needed to be classified as a Large SUV as it was more than 1650mm high which was a shock to me, I called and discussed that the car should not be classified as a Large SUV even if it was 1650mm tall and they refused and said my options were to make the payment or have my shipment cancelled with 0 refund. The vehicle was transported from Brisbane to Melbourne as per schedule. No damage occurred during the trip. The entire process was efficient and economical.

After reading some of the negative reviews online I was a bit sceptical about making a booking however everything from the initial call to ask about shipping options and lead times to dropping the car off and being kept up to date with any delays etc I couldn’t fault them one bit. The car even showed up a week earlier than originally estimated! Couldn’t be happier with the service
Had a small car shipped from Adelaide to Brisbane by CTE although it was sub contracted to Ceva without my knowledge. Car arrived within stated time although the given tracking email arrived after the car was already delivered to Brisbane. Car was filthy with dust.
