Very easy in and out. The National folks were super helpful and friendly.
Efficient return process, but it's a 10 minute ride from the terminal. At least they have a sky train now but it's a long ride to the terminals. Plan ahead...
Lots of places to choose from,easy to find and the sky train makes it fast.
45 minutes from a time-your airplane lands till you can get out of the rental car facility. I have Avis quick pass and fly Southwest business select so I get out of the plane nearly first and get a car out of the airport quickly. The problem is the 20-minute train ride to the car center.
11/5/25 @ noon Fox Car Rental provides unbeatable customer service. Car was wobbly, contacted Roadside Assistance for guidance. Exchanged vehicle at PHX and the lovely attendant in the booth was so kind and engaging while fast and efficient, which was so appreciated. I have rented from Fox several times through Expedia and have always been satisfied with their vehicles and customer service. 10/10 highly recommend
