The customer service we received was exceptional. Our agent not only had a better vehicle ready for us upon arrival, but he also upgraded us to a six-passenger 4x4 truck. Our family’s experience was much more enjoyable thanks to the truck. The agent at the airport was the best we’ve ever encountered, which is quite a statement considering the level of service we’ve received everywhere else.
They helped us find the best deal for our 10-day rental when our car was in the shop. No hidden fees, and they picked me up from the repair shop. Excellent service!
