Got to the car rental by walking. The staff was extremely helpful and had the truck warmed up while I was doing the paperwork. The process was simple and uncomplicated and within minutes I was on my way. The vehicle was clean, fueled up, and in perfect working order. I had no trouble with it at all. Excellent service and a friendly demeanor. Our representative made a special effort to find us a vehicle that could accommodate our need for additional luggage space, all while displaying a positive attitude.
