They come by my house at 5:18am for a 7am appt and tell me I have 5 minutes to get dressed and be outside. I get outside and the driver sayid "I don'nt know what I am going to do with you". I mean is this company a joke?
I have taken many cabs over the years & Car Rapid in my highest opinion is simply the Best! Cab drivers Kerri, Keith & Rob are exceptional & professional. A+ Thank you 😃
This was the worse experience, our appointment was for 2:45 we were picked up at 11:30am. The driver was on her phone texting and falling asleep while driving. I am definitely calling Masshealth and sending them the pictures of this driver on her phone with a van full of people including my child.
It was a pleasant ride. She’s very easy to get along with It’s a pleasant surprise when my son and I get her
