I would give zero stars if I could. My uncle died in 2021. He had been paying on the car for a couple of years. We were told that we could not put the car in my name or my son's. Okay fine, they said they would still take payments as my son wanted the car. My uncle had already died and I was trying to clean his apartment out by a certain date and move everything to storage as well as working on funeral arrangements. I purchased my car and do not owe anything on it. Paul took a picture of my title and emailed it and sent a letter saying the lien was released but the RMV states the lien still has not been released. That was the response I received when asking for my title and the lien is STILL on my car. I have now been waiting over two months for my title and the lien to be released.
