Then contacted the dealer and asked all the right questions. She quickly arrange finance operations wish my budget before I knew was picking up the car within 24hrs. My experience with CarLoan Uk was free from any kind of hassle. I applied and received a decision straight away on the same day. I was asked to go to the car dealer and see if I liked the car and everything else became a positive result. Yes I am happy with the service I received from CarLoan UK.
MOTOR DEALERS do NOT do business with this broker. Absolutely shocking experience, took 3 days to release payment even after "confirmation of payment" email. We stupidly released the car to the customer based on this email. Every excuse under the sun was given and we were passed from pillar to post. 17 years in the business and have never experienced anything like it, god help the customer if he needs to complain about something as you can never get through.
