I would personally not recommend this broker, they work in your favour to get finance and a car but then once you have you purchase the car. Then is become a worse and worse. This people they make me to pay a extended warranty for the car for 2 years and then. Now I can use that warranty because they send me to the dealership, which dealership in the beginning. Car Loans UK have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. THEIR customer collected the car on Monday, and by Friday we still haven’t received payment. This isn’t an isolated case — every time we’ve dealt with them, getting paid has been a slow and frustrating process. They constantly delay funds with no clear communication or valid reason. Purchased a car through car loans UK. Sales team was fantastic however once collected the issues with the car mounted up. Customer services attitude with having to sort out over me wanting guarentees in writing thought I was giving them a hard time. They are happy to pick up the brooker fee, then after everything is a hassle.

I would personally not recommend this broker, they work in your favour to get finance and a car but then once they have the funds the process slows down, the customer services attitude is very rude. When i went to virw the car it wasnt what i expected. They never answered the phone to help in cancelling and they want to charge a cancellation fee if you choose not take the vehicle. Therefore they will leave you out of pocket. I would highly recommend NOT to use carloans UK as a car finance broker.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Car Loans UK. Initially, the process felt supportive and understanding right up until the contract was signed. However, as soon as an issue arose, communication suddenly stopped. I was left with radio silence and had to reach out to the dealership myself to complete the collection of my vehicle.
