Very Rude unless you speak to someone in the actual office and not the call center!!!! Anytime I call they get frustrated and hang up on me. It has happened 4 times now and each time is because I ask the rep why they are speaking over me and interrupting me. They are extremely rude and I wish i never even signed an agreement with them. Staff are very RUDE and unprofessional. Especially Cindy in the Jacksonville FL office. They do not know what Customer Service entails.
I hate even giving them a one star I wish I can give them much lower ratings tell me why a company and I will contact the BBB your Social Security number your date of birth your account number everything that’s personal and will not take a payment if you do not give them all of this information then they will charge you a late fee because you don’t want to give them all that information I think it’s against the law and I think this is a sorry finance company they would not even take my son’s last payment because I was paying... read more
