This place is wonderful! The owner Yolando and Christina are so caring and knowledgeable. It’s a very healing and relaxing place. I go regularly and just love every part of it. The salt cave and salt tent is amazing and the infrared sauna is wonderful. I feel so much better. Highly recommend
I love all the different services at the Salt Cave. This is my go to spot for Holistic Health and Wellness. Yolando is the best body worker I have ever had. I also swear by the Acoustic Sound table for frequency healing. Thankful for Yolando and the Salt Cave!
Wow!! This place is amazing. The owner was my first point of contact and the whole experience felt so welcoming and relaxing. My son and I had a relaxing and rejuvenating session in the amazing salt cave. Will for sure becoming back often as we go thru Redding frequently. Do NOT miss an opportunity to experience this!
Nestled in the heart of the downtown mercantile of Redding, I found myself capturing the essence of this blissful salt cave. Christine and Yolanda are very welcoming, genuine and informative. I experienced the salt tent followed by a lounge in the 'ever so peaceful' salt cave. Upon leaving, I felt elevated and uplifted. I could breathe much better and I felt really centered. My two sons and I had a great and very informative visit. Yolanda and assistant were incredibly helpful and the space was so relaxing.... I sat in the salt tent while it did a thorough job clearing out my congestion.... I actually slept for the first time in a YEAR without coughing !!!!!!
