Michelle is super friendly and so easy to work with. My son was comfortable around her which made the whole photoshoot process go smoothly. Her communications after the photoshoot regarding the photo selection process and album ordering was stellar. We love our photos so much and highly recommend her for a family photoshoot!
We engaged Captured Hearts Photography for a family studio photo shoot last year and had a wonderful experience. The trip to Emerald was worth the travel as it is such a charming place to visit. Michelle is so warm, friendly, relaxed and accommodating which put all of us (especially the little ones!) at ease. The result - beautiful, natural photos. Michelle is fantastic at what she does, and the results speak for themselves.

Our photos are amazing! Michelle was able to capture some gorgeous photos that captured the personality of our children perfectly, despite some difficulty sitting still and many a brightly coloured tourist turning up in the background. She was great at providing advice on what to wear so the pictures turned out well and also listened to what we wanted both in terms of the style of photos but also in the selection so we could choose the best prints for our home and for others. Highly recommend!
