Poor customer service
I recently just got a cold, and could not afford to get sick or be sick. I went to Captivate seeking an IV treatment that would help me defeat this cold and that is exactly what I recieved. The staff was super helpful and friendly during my visit. Not to mention how beautiful the inside is. In roughly an hour I was done with treatment and on my way. Professional and take the time to listen. Enhancing results every time.
I am currently a patient receiving weight loss treatment. During a recent telehealth appointment, I found Nurse Jenna’s tone and approach to be quite judgmental. She made me feel belittled and uncomfortable throughout the conversation. There was some confusion regarding my current medication, during which she spoke to me in a condescending manner. This was my second visit to this spa, and it did not disappoint! My first visit was for a hydro facial that left my skin glowing for weeks, and this time I tried the infrared sauna to relax and rejuvenate. It was such a wonderful experience that I decided to buy a package! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the space is so peaceful and tranquil. Highly recommend!
