I love this bank. It is a true community bank. They know who they are saving money for and who they are lending it to. That comes with all of the wrinkles that a small bank has but it comes with all the major advantages a small bank has. You want great online banking and an easy phone app, go to Chase. You want to be able to speak to your bank about a business you want to grow or building a new home for your family. This bank is there and unlike all of the big banks ready to listen.
I wish I could give the 0 stars! They closed my account dude to being -13$! Big whoop! And my taxes were suppose to hit on the 25th! Now I’m waiting weeks later to get my money thanks to this bank! Idk how I was even -13 when I hadn’t been using this bank? The gonna say they can open me a new account if I pay the 13$? Um no thanks!
I deposited my check today well before 3:00 pm It is now 6pm. My utility bill was rejected because my check has not been posted. They close at 4pm.
Cade has help me with two land purchases and a building. Currently they are financing the building of our new headquarters. They get it done!
We opened an account to build our home before Cap Tex took over. Since then we were not aware the account was still even open since we thought it would be closed with our last check to our builder. without our knowledge there was a remaining balance in the account which cap tex starting withdrawing from monthly. eventually they overdraft the account from their monthly fees they were charging for having an account. we went to the bank to close the account and they refused to give us any part of the remaining balance in the ac... read more
