Very un happy with my service I went to get a new battery for my iPhone and I paid $180 for a new battery and it came with 3 months warranty . I took it back to him after two months my phone started turning off and on by its self and he asked for another $50 even though it is on warranty and I was guaranteed it was fix then after a discussion of I’m not paying $50 when he told me it was on warranty he finally said he would fix it and to come back in a hour so I did came back in a hour and he said he can’t fix it I need to bu... read more
Dreadful customer service. Failed to replace my screen protector, twice, due to having several bits of debris between the glass & the phone’s screen. I asked for a refund, only to have the staff member rip off the screen protector, throw back the money and leave me with nothing. I asked for the old screen protector back to have some protection, only for him to basically tell me to get lost.
Highly recommend and the best customer service Sam helped me on last Sunday, thank you mate
