Dreadful customer service. Failed to replace my screen protector, twice, due to having several bits of debris between the glass & the phone’s screen. I asked for a refund, only to have the staff member rip off the screen protector, throw back the money and leave me with nothing. I asked for the old screen protector back to have some protection, only for him to basically tell me to get lost.

Sam that assisted me on Sunday was amazing. He was so friendly, patient and professional. Fixed my phone so fast. Would definitely recommend going there.
