Great captain and crew, very professional and organized. Very low stress and easy diving. What you expect when you come to the Keys.
Terribly disorganized and worse customer service. I had emailed a week prior to our dives to see if they were still happening as I had not heard anything from the shop and received an email back stating it was still pending and to check in closer to the dive. So I called 48 hours prior and was told it was just me and my husband on the boat and they don’t take groups of two and also weren’t sure if they had a captain even if more people booked. We went out with David to get our advanced certifications- he was amazing!!! We learned so much and feel confident going into this next level of diving. Thank you captain hooks and David!!
David was the dive instructor for receiving my Advanced Open water certificate. He was a great mentor and made sure I felt safe the entire time underwater as well as above. He did an excellent job of explaining everything above water and answering any and all questions I had. If you need an instructor definitely ask for David!
