Had a wonderful experience yesterday. Service was awesome and food was delicious and served quickly. Everything was fresh. Got there at 4:00 and found Happy Hour had just started and they were not crowded yet for a Friday! Want to go back very soon with friends

Walked in at 8:45 pm to get a plate of nachos behind another couple. We literally all walked in at the same time even though we were not together. The hostess seated the other couple and then came back and told us that we couldn't be seated, as they were closing. We had already been told by another waitress that she'd be right with us. Shelley sorry it took me so long to respond my name is Kelly and I am the manager at Captain Groovys. I wanted to speak to my employees that were there that night and find out what happened. I am so terribly sorry this happened and it seems there was a communication breakdown between the kitchen and my new hostess and server. We would have loved to serve you and very much hope you'll give us another chance. I am very sorry for the communication error with my staff.

OK,so I just left there... Waited forever for my food because the kitchen was having difficulties.. they were a few hands short tonight. I sat at the bar and the bartender/ manager was amazing. Sad to say I failed to get her name.. As I stated,I waited a long time for my food,these things happen,26 years in the business has taught me that!
