This is one of our favorite restaurants in Norfolk. Today we went for brunch and had the hangover burger and veggie omelet. Both were excellent! We will definitely be back �

Absolutely love this place. The environment, the food and the friendly atmosphere. And our server Kitty was awesome!
I drive 45 minutes just to eat the oyster stew. I joke that I have my dying wish of last foods and this is one of them, that's how much I enjoy it. My husband is more adventurous and try's different things and has always enjoyed but then again we usually swap plates back and forth. Ms Kitty has always been an excellent waitress and friendly as can be. Bought our gift cards and recieving some for Christmas too. See you next year!!!

Our party of four, which included my 95 yr. old mother visited Captain Groovys last evening. --Could not have been more pleased with our dinners, cocktails, & dessert-- and especially with our amazing server, Leigh. Leigh could not have been more professional and attentive to us and especially caring to my elderly mother.
