It's pretty bad you make us use some crazy app to pay and even worse when you won't help truck drivers that can't speak English very well to download the app and pay their bill. I stood there in line watching two little kids in your office roll their eyes and ignore an old man that simply wanted to pay his bill. It's all good. I hooked him up for ya! Capstone is the worst highway robbery company there is!

2100 appointment. 2030 arrival. 2100 door assignment. 2145 unload completed. 0400 paperwork. 6.25 hours for paperwork. ??? And an entire pallet of potatoes refused for no good reason. . . except likely because this pathetic operation didn't know where to put them.
