Awful Edit: the owners response to me is the same as the answer to all negative reviews you receive. I am posting on behalf of the company I work for which I wish not to mention because I don't want any retaliation from your team. Which is exactly what happened when we didn't pay more money to you. So instead of telling all your negative reviews "you don't know who they are" how about you address the issues your paying customers have with your services
I've worked withthem for 4+ years. There were a number of delays and some clerical errors, but once they gave my account to a trouble shooter we found the error and the case proceeded. I ended up negoting my own state claim and didn't find that work as helpful. When in tax trouble and confusion it was helpful to have Capstone in my corner.

It is reassuring to have a tax consultant team whom I can trust. Capstone, and especially June Munoz and Chris Tibbals, have been indispensable as we detangle a complicated pandemic-related matter.
Chris Tibbals was great. He went above and beyond to make sure my case was taken care of promptly and professionally. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have, and makes you feel heard. I highly recommend his services
