I had used Capstone in the past for all of my tax needs for personal and business and then they stopped offering tax filing services and i kept them to do my payroll and they have been non commutative, have never reached out to check in. Always short and condescending with me on the phone. One time I emailed about a legitimate tax issue from a year they filed for me and I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks and had to email again.
