Awesome team! A heads up on billing - for some reason I assumed there was alignment on copay between insurance and capstone. I found out ~80-90 days after my first visit that the copay was under by about 50%, so a large unexpected bill made me less interested in continuing further treatment. I’d advise double checking with your insurance company early on.

I worked with Jason to address lower back and hip pain. By the time I had graduated from PT, both were under control. Jason was super helpful and made the most out of every appointment. I felt very supported and empowered walking out of each session. Just a great genuine guy! Jessica at the front desk was also super sweet! She was so helpful when it came to scheduling appointments and always made me feel so welcomed in the office. Overall, great experience at Capstone!
Appointments were on time, every time and the front desk was very helpful answering questions that may arise.
Awesome place if you need physical therapy. Desk people are great, place is clean and organized, all employees are friendly and helpful. Best of all was working with Jason again... Totally the best experience ever!
