The senior session for my daughter was amazing. The photographer put her at ease and made her session so much fun.
If you buy a package that includes a digital copy, don’t expect to receive your digital image. I have bought packages 4 different times from them and only twice have I gotten my digital image. One of those times was only after complaining on Facebook. I had called and emailed numerous times trying to get my digital image and all went ignored until I posted negative review. I have paid a deposit for the pictures and have yet to be able to contact someone. I have quite a few questions and no one has returned my emails or phone calls and I have been trying since September to reach someone, it is now January. I would not recommend them. Poor customer service.
I am the coach for my son's baseball team and I have not received the pictures I paid for in June. I reached out and received an email back saying they sent them to my address. I emailed back for a tracking number and haven't heard back. My son was looking forward to his baseball pictures as those are great memories for him. He did a fantastic job with our elopement photos! We cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile to capture some of the most incredible shots. He was adventurous, creative and so easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the photos! He made us feel completely comfortable and was impressively timely with editing and sending us the pictures.
